Hello, I am Michelle Snipes and I joined the CIIG team in October of 2014 bringing 26 years of Customer Service to the organization. I have built my reputation for exceeding expectations, improving processes, administering the highest level of service, and engaging our staff with the community. I believe my main job and goal is to educate and serve our valued clients while developing partnerships and relationships with them. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and watching a good baseball game; life is too short to be anything but happy.
